So we’ve put proper cameras to work. Our online concierge uses high-definition views from different angles to bring the watch closer. You can ask us to turn it over, demonstrate a function or linger on a detail. We respond there and then, with the watch in our hands. That freedom to look, question and look again is why we’ve chosen to do this live.
